Overview
Punto+ ("we", "our", "the app") is a match scoring app for padel and tennis. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Data We Collect
- Account information - When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier and, optionally, your name. We never see your email address unless you choose to share it.
- Match data - Scores, player names, match duration, and optional notes, ratings, and locations that you enter.
- Health data - If you enable the Health integration, we write workout summaries (calories, duration) to Apple Health. We do not read any Health data.
- Social data - Friend connections and invite codes you create or use.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide match tracking, statistics, and history features.
- To sync your matches across your devices via iCloud.
- To enable social features such as friend connections and match sharing.
- To process your Pro subscription via Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Data Storage & Security
Your match data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud (managed by Apple). Account tokens are stored securely in the iOS/watchOS Keychain. Our backend servers are hosted in the EU.
Third-Party Services
- Apple Sign In - Authentication is handled by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Apple In-App Purchases - Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not process or store payment information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Match data is only visible to you and friends you explicitly connect with.
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as you have an account. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at mmanuel.matosevic@gmail.com.
Children's Privacy
Punto+ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at mmanuel.matosevic@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
